Teams from our community and beyond will be competing for the title of the best BBQ brisket in the area. Come cheer them on and enjoy Kosher-eats, music, activities, and an all-around beautiful fall day in the mountains!

Admission gives you access to an afternoon of music, fun, and live competition as teams craft their official KCBS turn-in boxes for the judges — all part of our mission to raise the bar on kosher BBQ in our community.
Be sure to reserve People’s Choice tasting tickets to taste select team entries and cast your vote for the team you believe represents the very best of our community.

Kosher Food and activities for children and adults will be available for additional fees.

As competing teams are not licensed eating establishments, tasting and consuming food produced by teams for purposes of the People’s Choice Award is strictly voluntary/at your own risk/and you agree to hold harmless and indemnify teams and Capital Camps and Retreat Center from any liabilities associated with consuming competing bbq at the event.
